I would like to recommend this site "http://www.tibia-stats.com" for Tibia stats tracking.  Personally I have been using it for quite a while now (tracked over 100k kills).  Basically it generates loot statistics based on your server logs which you submit to the site.

Just upload your server logs (with the monster loots) to the site after registering for an account and after some time you should be able to have your own loot statistics :)
